My cards just arrived so I want to complete it tomorrow. I'm just confused about the "Department, Bureau, and Duty Station" section. On the directions it says to "enter DODEA and city and state of your duty station." Does that mean where I'm getting the fingerprints done or where I'm going to be stationed in Germany? If I email my contact at HQ, I'm worried it will take them longer to get back to me and I want to get this done early in the morning. Anyone have clarification?
