Because I'm born to stress, I'm worried my new job may have changed places. My tentative offer was for Belgium. Just got an email from my HR rep, whose listed as a Europe specialist, that all of my stuff has been forwarded to my new Point of Contact, whose listed as an Americas specialist. Now, the list that I have could be outdated, or the new person (for me) could be helping out with a heavy workload. Etc., etc. BUT, could this mean I'm going to a different location than the one I originally started with? I haven't gotten my final offer yet, so, of course, I'm still worried about things not panning out.
oregonslp I am no expert, but I do know that they are swamped. So it wouldn't surprise me if they were getting help due to a heavy workload.

Bett And that is what I'm hoping for! I'll take any location, but my heart is now in Belgium.

haha I wouldn't worry about it. Unless they specifically withdraw this offer and you get another one, it would be very rare that your new post has suddenly changed.

Snow Lane I had a security specialist from Germany helping me, but I'm going to Japan. I think it's just due to workload and doesn't have to do with your station.
