You want to know how soon after receiving your firm offer it takes to GET a packout date, pakcout, and fly? It sounds like getting a packout date should only take about a week, but the actual date of packout and flight may depend more on when you are expected to arrive.

I ❤️sped---is the 5 days from firm offer to orders or orders to pack out and travel plans? On the base we live near, I can just walk in to set up the move, but chances are, it will be awhile before they can pack out our house due to it being a busy time for PCS moves.

Teach - 5 days from firm offer to orders! I got the firm offer on June 13 & received orders on June 15. I scheduled pack out & travel this last week. They are scheduling pack outs for mid July at the base closest to me. They told me Express Shipment (Unaccompanied Baggage takes 35-42 days to receive & HHG takes 65-72 days.

It took 25 days from submission of all of the paperwork after firm offer to orders for me. I am going tomorrow to set up our pack outs and travel.
