They ask for your application to be submitted by March. Is it possible to accelerate your courses to be finished end of Feb? And add certifications as many ways as you can. I hate to sound negative, but you really need to get more than just Elementary Education certification if you hope to land a referral list, let alone interview. So many gen ed positions are filled by local hires. And you will definitely need to be willing to go to Japan or Korea.

As for the certification not yet being complete, you add a document and label it "teacher certification" or whatever the drop-down choice is, but your document should be a letter explaining your program and when you expect to complete it and become state certified. There are teachers hired right out of school, but they are often special education teachers or others with certifications in high needs areas.
