Do you think I will get an earlier date if I call another place? Also do we need specific permission to book our own travel? If we don't and the flight is above the reimbursement amount do we get some money back. For example, say the travel amount is $1000 but I spend $1400, what happens?

Angel, can you use your 10 days for hotel? I think we get 10 days where they reimburse us, right? I was trying to do everything online, but they requested that I come in. I was glad. The site was a little glitchy.
