Have they checked your references yet and what position did you apply for? I'm also waiting.. I contacted my hr person but no reply yet.

Agree with previous comments. Often you hear something quickly if it's good news but not always. If you are really wanting an answer I would try writing or even calling the principal.

If this was through USA Jobs, there is contact information in the job posting. Go back and look at it. If this was through EAS, there is a "contact us" tab as part of the application, that says if being hired from CONUS to DoDDS and another for DDESS.

Another good idea is to contact the person that set up your interview.
