Humphreys MS

I interviewed over 4 weeks ago for the math position at Humphreys MS in South Korea. I got through to HR this past Friday, July 21st and learned that a selection had been made as she recalled someone else calling about the position a couple days before I had BUT she didn't know if the offer had been sent. I emailed the principal just to see if she knew who was selected and to see if it was me but no reply. So I thought I'd reach out here and see what I can turn up or at least vent lol.

Our school year begins in about 2 weeks and I'm moving to another side of town and wanted to get that out of the way ASAP since the commute to my school is horrendous and will get worse as construction begins soon. I'm at standstill waiting...

So does anyone have any sound advice or know any info about the news. Is it you? Someone you know?

HelpOthers So far the only suggestion was to contact Dr. Kpinkpin and ask. I let them know you had already asked HR, but they were not sure whether the offer had actually been made to the person (so could be you) and that you had e-mailed the principal, but not yet received a response.

Beloved Thank you so much Mary-Lorraine!! You are very helpful especially that I'm not on social media. I plan on calling tomorrow and just flat out ask if it was me. It's a yes or no question so they should be able to answer right?

Beloved Called today and was informed that there is no math 6-8 position in the system! There were other math positions but were combined with other teaching categories. I interviewed for a math 6-8 only position so what in the world is going on?? It's like the position was a fluke.
