On the move: I got an email from Eugenia yesterday asking to confirm my address and phone number so they could ship them, and then today I got a text from Fed Ex saying they have been shipped. It's like someone forgot to click the button to include me.

Are you a current DoDEA employee? If you are, you can go into TOPS and draft your own orders, then notify your HR person they are ready. Otherwise, you need to contact the HR person to ask them to start your orders in the system.

I'm a new hire. My HR person said my "orders are being processed right now." Ugh.

Same thing happened to me last week, and I was totally confused, because I still didn't have my orders. Turns out that my orders WERE sent out- but HR forgot to include me on the email, so I got an early morning phone call just this morning from the secretary at my school letting me know that HR forgot to add my email address on the orders, so she ...See More

Are you kidding!? *smh* how do they forget the most important person whose life is going to be affected by this process? Unbelievable. I just emailed my secretary to see if I fell victim to this as well. Fingers crossed.
