I teach a both special education as well as students with visual impairments state side. I have a master's degree in special education (k-12) with an endorsement in visual impairments. When I am selecting my qualifications to teach special education do you know which areas I should select? I thought it would be mild to moderate but now I am not sure? Any advice is appreciated. I am talking about for the special education...I am already showing qualified for all my other areas. I have my state license uploaded as well as my transcripts but I am just puzzled by this. Thanks!

southernteach haha Also, it really seems to depend on which analyst looks at your application.

haha Sad but true. Being hired for your dream job really shouldn't be quite so arbitrary and subject to an individual persons whims and interpretations.
