Can my fiance be a part of my travel orders even if we are not married (we do have kids together) just haven't gotten hitched....lol
someday This is going to be similar to military orders so the answer I am pretty sure is no. If you look back on some old posts from a few weeks ago you will also run into some issues with custody. haha I don't know the definitive answer but I would agree probably not. I've never met/known anyone on orders that was not married (DoDEA or military).

Dr. Ali Fant I did know a couple (single DoDDS teacher + single DoD civilian/military) who got married overseas after traveling there on separate orders. At the time, there was a penalty for couples being married (reduction in COLA, Housing, etc).
