Credentials reevaluation

Hi! Anybody knows how I can talk( phone or email?) with someone in charge of reevaluation of my credentials? Looks like they did not take into account one graduate course, and the problem is Idk which one exactely ( I have four graduate courses on my transcripts). I desperately need to communicate with them about this, else I will be short 3 credits if that one course will not count.

If I can call what number I need to dial? So far I only spoke in the past with HR persons when I had general questions about the application process and particular situation that apply to my case..I am.now eligible to be considered for local hire preference and I am 3 credits short to get qualified for math subject.

haha Is there a name or at least initials on your EAS next to the qualified/unqualified section? If so, then you should be able to locate a direct number for them. If not, you would have to get through to HR and ask them to pull up your app and see who is working on it. THEN try and get them to patch you through.

texasgirl You can contact: Jesse.Jones@hq.dodea.edu He is in licensure and can help you. Dr. Ali Fant is correct. You should mark your application for re-evaluation of the transcripts as well.

sunny Thank you all for taking the time to redspond, and for the info you provided. I checked, and next to the date of re-evaluation there are these initials LT. I will try to find out who the person is by calling HR in a few weeks when I should have all the credits required.
