Just submitted my application. Waiting on applications. On one hand I feel like I am too early in the process and on the other hand I feel like its just a waiting game. Next steps for me?
BubbleHead Request originals of your transcripts, birth certificates, marriage licences. request employment verification from any school districts yo have taught at.

haha There's no such thing as being too early with DoDEA. Your application could be in the system for years (or forever) or you could get a call/email anytime.

Agree with advice to gather documents, get your employment verification forms done, make sure you have extra official copies of transcripts etc.

teacherlife62411 BubbleHead, I was born out of the country. I have my original Birth Certificate, but can I send a copy? Also, I am collecting all the necessary docs that you suggested. Should I just have the Official Transcripts from each university sent to me?

BubbleHead Coliveira77, I am in the process of applying myself so my knowledge is based on reading a years worth of this forum. The only thing I can answer 100% is to have the transcripts sent to you, they will be request at a later time. haha, is the current resident guru.

haha Thanks. If I am that it's only by default since I'm still here after all of these years, reading and posting (everyone needs a hobby I guess).

I would go online and look at what you'd need to apply for your official passport.
