Yes, they basically keep the information but reset everyone's application. Thereby requiring you to recheck/resubmit everything and reupload all of your documents.

Make sure all the locations with the school-year listed show the upcoming school-year (2018-2019). There is one location on your availability page and then on the document upload page there is a school-year next to each uploaded document. You need to upload each one again, even if there is no change in order for the year to change.
