Well that alleviates some concerns I have. I have always been of the mindset that I need to respect cultural norms wherever I am so if tattoos are a no-no, I would feel uncomfortable like I am disrespecting their beliefs, etc.

I know at least one person in a professional position who chooses to wear long sleeves to cover tattoos, but it is not required.
