HR said she could see that I was selected but since she works in a different area other than stateside, that was all of the information she had. Thank you! This is definitely a practice in patience. I've been researching communities in the area and looking on the DoDEA website for a list of required paperwork.

Be prepared to mail your sealed transcripts, have your info ready for the equip. It goes back five years, locate a local fingerprint office so when you get the cards you can go there, and have passport photos ready for all members of your family. I have done all of this in the last week.

Good advice. Make sure you have your employment verification forms done as well, if you have not already (to ensure that you get credit for all of the salary steps that you are entitled to right away).
