It depends upon who evaluates your quals, what your quals are, and what the schools are are looking for among other things. I submitted my app last May for the upcoming school year and didn't get my first evaluation for 8 months. It took another 4 months for a reevaluation. In my case im 99% certain I have a lazy case manager.

I emailed three different ones, because every place is different. I finally got mine situated, and I just got qualified today.
