There is nothing anyone can do to help you get onto a referral list or get an interview. It just depends how your application is compared to others. If they are hiring from outside DoDEA, local hires get looked at first (Vet preference before spouses then family members before non family members etc.). My advice is to not give up hope! I agree with Mary above...but also make sure your application is complete. I contacted HR multiple times and I had 'minor' things that made my application incomplete. I wouldn't of known this without contacting them...and it also makes them actually look at their application! Good Luck!!
