Ok. I applied a few months ago and am hoping and praying to get an interview. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary 1-6, a Master's in curriculum and instruction, and an add on certification in School librarian for all grades. Are these certifications not enough to get one a referral list or an interview? I haven't heard anything. I am going to have an add-opn in Sped by next May, but I am really hoping to be hired for next school year. Can anyone please help me?

smTEACH23 My advice is to not give up hope! I agree with Mary above...but also make sure your application is complete. I contacted HR multiple times and I had 'minor' things that made my application incomplete. I wouldn't of known this without contacting them...and it also makes them actually look at their application! Good Luck!!
