Sara.. I too have not made a referral list yet and only an email last year, that fell through. I just keep hoping that this will be my year too.

Making referral lists is a good sign! Keep working on adding if you are and remember it will happen someday!! There could be stateside teachers on those lists as well as veterans before you and they never even made it to your name.

Two of my interview requests did not have referral list correlations. But I hit a lot of referral lists and only one came to interview request. So your name is in the hat, whether you know it or not
