Sadly, it is a waiting game...each every step of the way. I don't believe there's anything to do to get on a referral. HR told me that once folks are deemed qualified in areas; the top 25 make it on a list. The list is computer generated; there's some type of scoring that's done. The only thing you can do really to increase your chances is to add additional areas of certification/qualification, thereby maximizing the number of positions you could be considered for. Other than that, it's pretty much waiting.
