Would someone please explain the salary (all parts) for overseas positions?
I have been in education for 10 years as a teacher and administrator, how do I calculate (estimate) what my potential salary would be?

Yes, it depends. DoDEA would likely give you credit for your experience as a teacher and that would determine what step you start on (years of teaching experience + 1 step since everyone starts at 1). Stateside positions will start at a max of 5 years.

For OVERSEAS positions, you would start on step 11. Their pay scale starts at step 1 for those with 0 years experience and you are credited up to 10 years of Non-DoDEA teaching experience.
