Hi all,

After receiving an email about being referred is it ok to contact the principal if I haven't heard anything or am I supposed to wait and see if they contact me and if not just let it go? What is the best course of action, the best approach?

haha It is not likely to have much of an impact one way or the other. BUT, the small likelihood that it might help in some way probably outweighs the even smaller chance that it could hurt you in some way.

Cdub I have also heard that it annoys some principals bc you are breaking protocol...

haha There is always that chance but they are not likely to NOT interview you just because of it. If your name is on the list then interviewing you is not a breach of protocol.

But that is a decision everyone has to make for themselves, take a small chance or sit back and wait and hope.
