I heard nothing for almost 3 weeks before getting a tentative offer this month, and it seems like others have waited even longer. This system still holds many mysteries...

My personal rule is that I give myself 10 days. If I haven't heard anything after 10 days I assume I didn't get the job. This just helps keep my sanity. It's exhausting always wondering if I got the job or checking my email. Then, if offered the job later, it would be a nice surprise. I haven't gotten to that part yet. Best of luck!
