I just finished updating my application for the 2019-2020 school year and I've seen the posts about how busy they are with reviewing applications. My concern is that I still have the messages about what I need to fix from last years application submission. I've updated and submitted again so will they check everything again or should those messages be gone with this new application submission. I'm getting very paranoid about having the old messages there and I'm just hoping to have some words of experience to relieve my stress.

*I've applied for elementary (K-6) for a school in Japan for the 2019-2020 school year and I'm state certified with reading and ESOL endorsements along with a years experience teaching English in Korea---how likely do you guys think I'll get any interest from schools?*
HelpOthers You already had an application in the system, and you have updated that application for the 2019-2020 school-year? Just making sure I understand. You have applied for only one elementary school in Japan? Does this mean you are applying as a local hire in a location where only one elementary school exists?

HelpOthers Unless you are only willing to work in Japan, you may want to open your application to world-wide to be considered for all applications. I think you have to specify even then if you want Guam, Puerto Rico, and possibly Turkey. Stateside positions are an entirely different tab.
