Were you on the referral list? Final selection Emails are very inconsistent. Some people get them, some don't. I wouldn't give it too much thought.

For this particular position, I didn't even get an email saying that I'm referred for the position. Interesting!

@Hope, the same happened to me. I got 3 or 4 from jobs I never interviewed for. It made me sad at first because I was wondering - well was it my resume or what? But hopefully something soon (I'm trying as a local hire overseas...)
