Once you accept a tentative offer, and the firm offer comes, is it too late to reject the offer. I know that sounds horrible, but I have some family worries, that present a slight chance that I might have to reject an offer.
Leo You can reject the offer. It's not too late. You simply reject it. You have to do what you have to do.

haha Agree. It would be a shame but it's not actually the military, so you would not be obligated to go or penalized monetarily if you did not.

It may hurt your chances down the road if you decide to reapply in the future (but might not be a deal breaker, depending on the timing).
