Doing my in processing paperwork. What is all needed for the physical exam? I have a little high cholesterol and some minor stuff, but I take medication for it and it is controlled. Would this impact me keeping my job? I hardly ever go to the doctor. I'm not overweight and stay active.

haha @RJ: That is strange (but this the gov't/DoDEA and everyone seems to have their own story).

Haleigh I had the medical eval completed in July before traveling to Korea. It is nothing extensive at all. If you're over a certain age, you have to have the EKG. They checked sight, hearing, test my urine.... That was about it. I don't think you have much to worry about.

lma324 I wasn't emailed anything about a physical. I wonder if it's just for international positions.

haha Yes, it's generally just if you are going overseas.

Icanread When I did the medical evaluation 6 months ago, there was no blood work. I'm pretty sure there was no urine test either. In fact, there was nothing about pre-existing conditions or even current medications. So you should probably be okay, unless they changed the forms.
