I don't know for sure. But that don't sound correct...

I don't believe that to be the case. The most I have heard is that you need a separate ID to get onto base and it is also more difficult to get guests onto base than at most DoDEA locations. In all of the discussions I have seen and heard about teachers going to Rota, I have never heard that their children will have to go to a local/int'l school.
