Can anyone just shed some light on what it's like to be ES SpEd teacher? Case load size, is it pull out services, self contained? Anything info would help. Thanks.

FYI, I heard from a reliable source that they are notifying teacher until April.

A specialist job anywhere- LSS, MSS, ESL, or ET... I really really don't want to be a gen ed elem teacher.
