Not really. There doesn't seem to any pattern where particular certification areas take longer than others. Maybe your transcripts for the SPED classes needed further clarification/research for some reason. When in doubt, try writing or calling and having someone at HR pull up your file.

Things seem to be different for everyone but all of my special ed and general ed changed to qualified at the same time.
