I suspect that I am up against people w/ MA's or Ed.S who have many more yrs experience, but I applied anyhow.
Is APE recognized with DOD schools?

I was trying to say that not having an Ed. S or MA should not put you at a great disadvantage, given your years of experience. The biggest factor will be the certification areas you are considered qualified in for DoDEA.

I don't have a masters but am a teacher for Dodea. It really depends on your certs and what is needed.
