Ok thank you . I will keep that in mind if I get the opportunity . You also mention if I was not in my brother's order..., know I ask you; is there a way for me to be in his orders at all? Can I be? I understand is wife or children maybe a parent tbat you economically support more that 50%. Do you know more about this. Thank you

It's difficult to have/add an adult to orders. I don't have much more information on it. As you say, generally you have to prove that they are financially dependent on you. It's not impossible, but probably not feasible for you.

Depending on which country you could get employment on base. For instance, in Germany, I think AEFES and NAF jobs offer logistical support. Think teen, youth centers, BX/PX, and food court jobs. You would need logistical support to stay beyond your 90 day Visa. Deca may also. This doesn't give you housing but you would be allowed to stay in country...See More
