I am leaving DODEA, but it really isn't the system I have a problem with. I, however, realized, that I'd likely be "stuck" where I am for a long time thanks to the lack of a decent transfer round and there aren't many opportunities where we are to change up positions. Sorry to hear that Teach. I was in a DODEA school where students were constantly tested. Thankfully I am now in a school where the administrator has common sense and is in touch with what students need. Unfortunately, I don't know how long this will go in since this person isn't really going along with what HQ requires. Sad.
