I believe that all principals Dodea-wide have been at the "leadership summit" in their respective areas all week. So it's possible they haven't yet submitted the names of the teachers they want to hire. There's still hope!

One week is really not much time in the waiting game. Give it at least two and then contact HR to ask if the position has been filled.

It took just short of a month for me to hear back.
Couple of Questions
One week is not long with pretty much anything government related, LOL. I know it took more than 2 weeks before my husband got his offer.
