I'm also wondering if my/our chances of getting hired would be higher if we didn't click that box to say or spouse is also looking for a job. Any thoughts on that? We'd like to both work, but if we got there, and subbed or something else for a time, it wouldn't bother us. At least we'd be there! ;)

It was an elementary position, but I'm also qualifed for art,Ela, and a couple other areas that in not sure they actually how for. I still haven't heard anything on that referral, so I'm guessing it's not going to go anywhere. I have a master's degree, ten years teaching experience, and am Nationally Board Certified.
