This position is open to current DoDEA Europe Region Employees.
Federal employees in Ankara, Turkey are currently entitled to receive a 10% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary (rates are subject to change).
This is an unaccompanied assignment. Family members are not eligible to travel to Ankara, Turkey or as a dependent for command sponsorship.

Interesting. Although if someone were already IN Europe, they would likely not be that hot on moving to Turkey (as opposed to someone in Korea, maybe). Always confused when they actually post internal positions as opposed to going CONUS right away (as to why not do it more often). Thanks for sharing.

It's interesting to me that Turkey is unaccompanied when military families are allowed to go...

I believe (but could be mistaken) that Turkey is unaccompanied for military families, but still accompanied for state dept. employees.
