It did not say specifically what school was interested. It only stated for an elementary position, and there are three different elementary schools from what I can tell. Would it be beneficial to reach out to all three schools? I don't have a problem in doing so. In fact, I think it makes an applicant stand out by being proactive.

Good luck Tay! I think that updating my app is what triggered my referral in November also. It happened almost right after doing so.

If you are up for being proactive, come up with a well-crafted letter and send it the possible principals (expressing great interest in interviewing for any possible positions, highlighting skills, experience, etc). You never know!
