Agree. My point was that if you are on 26 paychecks then you get paid regardless. Of course, this year, if you are a current overseas employee and trying to do ROM while you are expected to be at work, then it will apparently be an issue.

The 26 paychecks just means that the money you earned last year is still being disbursed. You are not being paid for those days this school-year.

I am not on 26 paychecks. The HR representative is in Europe. At this time, they are not sure about when I'll be traveling due to travel bans. The HR representative stated "We have specific coding to use for that period up to 2 weeks. I am surprised that CHRA was unaware of that information, but it was recently published."

Interesting. But not surprising (but only because you should never be surprised by what happens or doesn't happen with DoDEA/the gov't).
