I know traditionally principals go home in July, but is that the case this year? Is hiring back on track, or no?

I know schools are out now, so I was assuming hiring would pick up, but July is in just a few weeks, so I wondered what that might look like during this very unique summer period.

However, I am getting AP referrals from USA Jobs-- today I received another one for Guam. However, I never get too focused on those because I know they may already have an internal candidate in place.
haha Principals do generally take some period of time off during the summer. There may be fewer of them traveling this year due to the restrictions/complications/uncertainties involved,. But, they are perfectly capable of recruiting/interviewing while traveling and many have done so in the past.
