Iam leaving Germany for Guam. I was in Guam before and loved it. Germany not so much. PCSing this time is like watching a three stooges movie Anyhow the biggest problem is transporting dogs. I have to transport my dogs to Guam. Does anyone have any unique ideas. The Patriot Express in probably not an option. TMO is supposed to help you with that but refers civilians to Sato and they tell you they don't arrange pet transport. Any ideas? Thanks Denise

The Rotator/AMC usually IS an option and they can reserve pet spots for you, but you pay for them. The problem is that right now with the CoVID-19 situation, most flights are booked out (no seats available) until at least September and pet spots are probably full too, as they only have about 3-5 per flight on a good day.

My family and I just flew into Ramstein on the rotator with our 2 dogs this past weekend. I specifically requested (several times) to be booked on the rotator so I didn't have issues with our dogs.
