My wife recently received her orders and we have completed the pack out request. We're currently waiting for a scheduled date. Are we able to schedule our travel before the pack out date? The documents that they sent her were confusing. TIA

I do believe you should be able to schedule your travel before you schedule your pack out, but you might want to wait to ensure they can pack you out before you leave.

@Icanread we've got my a family member that will be our POA so that our goods can be packed up. Our orders have us arriving next week and we've heard nothing from the movers since completed the paperwork on Thursday.

We moved before our pack out. It is a big ask, but if a family member will do it the paperwork isn't the worst (considering all the other paperwork).
