The Rule of Three

After my scheduled interview with Ansbach was canceled, I did some deep research. New hires are onboarded from among the top three candidates referred to them. Veterans Preference (and family members) have priority in hiring on the "Rule of Three." CTAP, RPL, ICTAP candidates are placed with/same/below "Veterans Preference" candidates. Members of the general public without handicapped status, are placed last.
