I have heard wonderful things about Ankara! I would totally go if I didn't have dependents.

Not much to contribute really. Heard good things about the school and community but mostly outdated at this point.

Thank you, both of you. I know it is small, like 200 students. I am just having a hard time deciding to hold out for an admin job or take a teaching job. I wanted a teaching job seven years ago with the DOD and now I am getting many invitations to interview. Hence my question to you earlier about mobility once hired as a teacher. @KMC moving from a teaching position to an admin position is a promotion, so even though the transfer round is not occurring, you could potentially move to another location through a promotion. Therefore, I would accept a position in Ankara (if I had not dependents) in a heart-beat.
