That's the normal procedure for accessing orders for teachers (get an email that they are ready and then log in to access them). Someone should be sending them to you in this case though. There were quite a few papers but overall it was easy, but I wish I had known what the forms were ahead of time and I could have had my daughter get her doctor's visit on the college campus but I got the forms the week of her finals week...See More

I talked with my friend in Germany already and her best guest is that "with family" means a spouse or single parent 1 child. Then Dependents 2-3 would be spouse and one child, etc. That is how we are reading it anyway based on her advice.
