Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

I am the only TAG and ESL "person" for our district. While not a large district, it involves many different responsibilities and requires going to 3 buildings every day. It feels as though the administration thought "Let's just throw these 2 jobs together". In addition, both areas are low priority until the department of ed is coming for a site visit. I have actually been in this job and have always been careful to not complain because I have no team for support and am afraid that the reply would be "we'll find someone who will do the job". Am I off-base thinking that it's an impossible situation? Does anyone else do these two jobs for a whole district and can you share how you manage it all? Thanks to anyone who can give me some insight!
