You can do this in Microsoft word. If you google combining documents with different headers, there are a zillion videos that will show you what to do.

Someone on another board had a problem and they let her pay $250 to get another portfolio and resubmit. Maybe call back tomorrow and ask about that?

Does the Comp. 3 Instructional Planning Form & Materials form require more than one form? It only has one template in the downloadable files. Please help :)
