Permission Forms-Comp. 4

Do I need permission slips for comp. 4? I do not see that in the directions. I've read them once, and didn't see anything.

What Works Guidelines for the permission slips are found in the GENERAL Portfolio Instrucions, pages 8 and 31 among others. You need permission slips from any student who's work is used (in C4 for example). Do read all the info for details.

What Works The format and types of questions will be the same but the ACTUAL prompts/questions will be different.

I am currently working on Component 3. One of my instructional formats is one on one. Do the other children in the class also need to be seen in the video? Can I record this video when no other children are in the classroom?

What Works Unless working with this student 1-1, alone, with no other students in the room is the norm, then other students need to be present.
