Renewal Form: Professional Context Sheet

I cannot figure out how to fill out the fill in the Professional Context Sheet for my renewal. Do you do it by hand then scan, or are their electronic forms that I cannot find? THANKS!

Any study tips or resources for Component 1? I will be taking the test in a few weeks for Library Media and am not sure how to prepare. Hello! I have a lot of questions about component 2, but will start with these. Do I put my questions at the beginning of the Question Document? Do I work it into that paper in another way? Also, are these documents supposed to be double spaced like the written commentary part?
