My scores went down this year and I don't have a clue who is correcting these assessments and entries. I would like to get some guidance of what to do?

I haven't gotten my scores yet! Are you a retake or renewal candidate?

What Works The scores released so far have been ONLY for RENEWAL and RETAKE candidates. Scores for 1st time candidates will be released BY Dec. 31, 2016, Cross your fingers for an earlier release date...but prepare yourself! Good Luck!
