Question about Component 2

I am working on Component 2 for EA Science. For this component, I need to submit three lessons and 3 copies of student work for each lesson. My question is, for my lesson materials that I submit, does that include the worksheets students will do? If so, should they be filled out? For one of my lessons we examine the changes in populations of rock pocket mice in two different environments. For the lesson, I use a video and student's respond to information from the video in written response. Students also analyze pictures of the environments and graph the numbers of mice in each generation over time. They then analyze their information and write responses to questions. So for that one lesson, students turn in 5 pages of work.
