The Component 4 written commentary questions keep asking about "other factors". In the knowledge of students, it asks, "What other factors did you take into account when analyzing and reflecting on the varous sources of information?" In the generation and use of assessment data section, it asks, "What other factors did you take into account as you analyzed and interpreted the results?"
What other factors are there? I feel like I've already included everything!

When I was analyzing my data from the assessments, one factor I wrote about was that my low outlier student had joined my class at second semester, so he hadn't been exposed to the same practice the rest of my class did during first semester, which may have at least partially explained his struggles/low scores.
